I just got back from carbo loading at the Team BMC pasta dinner. In between bites of tortellini, I heard amazing and inspiring stories from some of the survivors of last year’s bombings who were treated at BMC. I’m running to support the exceptional work BMC does every day, every dollar helps!

Janis should have given Regina Icy Hot in a face cream jar. WAY more unpleasant than foot cream. It is an essential part of training though!!!

Hi Tumblrs,
So sorry for the long absence ( I was sick, cough cough). I am back now, and in the last 10 days of training for the Boston Marathon. I’m running to support Boston Medical Center, one of the amazing hospitals that treated victims of last year’s marathon bombings. Like Mean Girls and Les Mis, BMC is near and dear to my heart- I was an intern there last year, and saw first hand the amazing work that BMC does, every day.
